Although we all went to Sapphire (Zoe's) in CWE for a cocktail after the art opening, we decided not to eat there and venture over to Revival, the old King Louies place. I have been there before but tonight it was so unbelievable with service and yummy,fat is flavor, food. It definitely will be a constant repeat. Thank You Pete J. !!
Pete J. Dean.V Bernardo H. Jacob L. and myself took a journey over to the Fontbonne College campus last night for a small photography opening featuring Ken Konchels new photos. It was really great to see him and catch up abit. The red velvet cake looked so tempting. Afterwards we met up with other friends at one of our favorite eating establishments... Terrene, where we enjoyed a few drinks and dinner in the very welcoming bar area. John the owner is always so good to us. Best Freats in the city!
Such a beautiful day! The weather was perfect for alittle brunch sitting outdoors at Duff's in CWE. It has been awhile since i have been able to do that so really enjoyed hanging out with Pete J. and Anna C. a couple hours before getting ready for tonights Bill D. Big 50 bash where the TWA Girls are making a return visit!!! Look for pics from tonights party tomorrow.

After a few glasses of wine at Dean V.s we (Kerrie,Tyler,DeanV., Mike L. Mike) headed to the fabulous Mangia Resturant on Grand. ( Love the Savory pasta bowl) Then made it over to the PHD gallery for a very well attended group show. It is one of a few new cool places popping up on Cherokee street these days. Definitely going down memory lane tonight. The Go Gos girl band returns to the stage here in stlous.
Dean V. Pete J. Mike.L and I are going to see them tonight (Friday Sept. 5 2008). Nothing compares to my love for Madonna :) but i used to be obsessed with the Go Gos even ending up meeting them in person at a art exhibit i was have in Austin TX years ago thanks to my old friend and patron Roanna V. Hope they are just as good tonight as they were back in the day lol. I will let you know how it was of course!
(The Go-Go's became one of the first female bands to emerge in the 70s and 80s. They were held in high public regard because they were the first female band not controlled by any male influences. They had many hits that are still played on today's radio stations, including 'We Got the Beat', 'Our Lips Are Sealed', 'Vacation', and 'Head Over Heels'. The girls were not only a part of the new wave pop outlook, but also an important part of the punk rock scene.)

My friends and I can often be found trying out many new area restuarants and constantly returning to a few favorite ones. I finally had the opportunity to experience the one and only Tonys downtown St.louis last night with my friend Teddy. We had the chefs choice dinner that included a different wine with each course.
Suit and Tie required.
